The library rates files that we provide are stored as a cluster in .lrc files. The exact location of the .lrc file depends on how your machine is set up, nominally below the local application data , eg:
c:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Application Data\Lawtech\Lta\C3p\Packages.
The filename changes with every new release of the data.
The personal rates files that you create are stored in the location you specify in the setup form. These files are protected and preserved should you ever uninstall Calin.
By default the files are stored below the Application Data folder, eg:
c:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Application Data\Lawtech\Lta\C3p\User\Rates\My Rates.
This means you can for example store the rates on a central network drive that all users can access.
Actually, whenever you create a new rates file you will be prompted to give the name and location, and you can always access the rates file by browsing for it.
The advantage of saving the interest rates files in the nominated location is that the files will automatically be included in the drop-down menu for easy selection, whereas you have to browse for files elsewhere.
You can change this setting at any time from the main form through the Settings|Setup menu item.
