Number of Amounts > Multiple Cases with Transactions

This mode lets you enter multiple calculations where each calculation has multiple transactions.

All other settings, i.e. the interest rates etc are the same for each case.

A summary of the interest calculation is provided in a report, but details of all calculations are available for mail-merge into Microsoft Word or WordPerfect.

Cl Balance

This is entered by the program on return from the transactions editor. It shows you the closing balance for the case.

Calc

This controls whether the case is calculated and merged or not.

Edit Tx

Click this button to display the transactions editor.

You can filter the displayed records by entering some search text. Only those records with matching text in the date, amount or case reference field will be displayed. This is useful when you have entered many cases and want to focus on a particular case.

Show All

Click this button to clear the Search box, thus causing all records to be displayed.
