Merge File Folders

The database modes (Multiple Single Amounts and Multiple Cases with Transactions) export calculation fields to files that you can use for mail-merging with Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.

 

Double-click a setting to select folders that the merge data files should be saved to.

 

Note that the program will have provided a suggested default value and already ensured that the folder exists.

 

Please note: you can always change the rate at the calculation stage, so you are not locked into this setting.

 

The Field Delimiter defines the character used to separate fields in the Word Merge file. You can usually leave the System Default but if there are problems with the merging process then try the Semicolon, then the Comma.
