Install Program

Start the installation program and follow the prompts. You should use the default settings if possible.

At the end you will be invited to start the program.

Install Licence Codes

If you are running the program for the first time in evaluation mode a short-term licence will be installed automatically.

Once it, or a proper licence has expired, you will see the following when the program starts.

Your emailed licence renewal instructions will have included an Activation Code that looks something like this:

Follow this procedure:

(a) Start Calin Professional and pause when you see the expiry notice above.

(b) Copy your personal Activation Code including the curly braces using Ctrl+C.

Please note that you can also enter new activation codes before the current licence has expired. Simply go to the Help menu on the main form, copy the activation codes as above, then click the Help|Enter Activation Codes item. See Help.

You then need to install the activation codes. They will have been supplied by email.

1. Start Calin then stop at the first screen (above).

2. Copy the activation code including the curly braces.

3. Click the Enter Activation Code button on the form (above).

That's all you have to do.

Reinstall Program

To install a later version of the program follow this procedure:

1.Run the new installation program.

2. When you see the following screen, choose the Uninstall option as this is the most reliable way. It will not delete any calculation files you have made.

3. Run the installation program to perform a fresh install.
