If you have commenced a calculation, then click the Set Interest Rate on Debit/Credit Balances button, then choose File Rate, click the down arrow then click New interest rate file. See File Rate Style.

 

Otherwise you can choose from the File|New Rates File... menu item on the main form.

 

In each case you then follow the prompts.
